Ioná Bramati Castellarin
BSc (Hons) Ost. Med. DO,ND
Principal Osteopath

Ioná Bramati Castellarin is a registered osteopath graduated from The British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in London. Ioná has attended numerous post-graduate courses in cranial osteopathy and structural osteopathy. She has worked at the Osteopathic Centre for Children and used to be on call at St John and St Elizabeth’s Birth Unit treating new born babies and mothers after labour.

At present Ioná is developing an MPhil/PhD research project at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine - University of Westminster on the effects of Visceral Osteopathy on autistic children. The project has recently been granted collaboration with King’s College Hospital – London.

Ioná treats adults and children for a variety of conditions: she has created a good network with consultants, radiological centers and laboratories therefore, making it easier to refer patients if necessary.

Ioná believes that it is important for the patients lean how to maintain the changes achieved with osteopathic treatment and to learn how to keep a good posture is a key to keep a good spinal health. Therefore, she refers patients to pilates, personal trainers and specially to learn The Norris Technique of Body Alignment a technique specially designed by Patricia Norris, http://www.norristechnique.com

Rachel Walton

Associate Osteopath

Rachel is a registered osteopath and graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in London. She has attended post-graduate courses in cranial and structural osteopathy and western acupuncture (dry needling). She has a background in sports science and extensive experience in sports and remedial massage.

Rachel uses a variety of techniques and approaches, including cranial osteopathy, to suit the patient's individual needs. Her integrated approach to osteopathy focuses on balancing the person's body to create long-term improvements. The stresses and strains of daily life and lifestyle issues are all considered to offer a holistic and preventative approach to health.  Rachel believes in educating the patient on posture, exercise and stress management to achieve lasting results.

Candida has been in Practice as a Nutritional Therapist for over 8 years. She studied at ION (Science Foundation Course) and completed her studies with Plaskett Nutritional Medicine College.To keep in touch with current developments in the field she regularly attends Seminars and Conferences with leading English and International Nutritionists and Doctors.

She is particularly interested and has experience with Digestive complaints, allergy/food intolerances, women's hormonal health and children's health.
